Manchester United are yet to make a decision on the goalkeeping situation, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Red Devils are keen on bolstering their goalkeeping department before the deadline, but they are still assessing their targets.
Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir have been unconvincing between the sticks, and manager Ruben Amorim may want an upgrade.
Romano now reports that United are undecided over whether to sign a young or an experienced goalkeeper during the transfer window.
Antwerp's Senne Lammens would fit into the former criteria. The 23-year-old has immense potential and would be a long-term signing.
If United are prioritising experience, they could choose to bring in either Emiliano Martinez or Gianluigi Donnarumma to their ranks.
We should know whom United may pursue in the next few days.
Onana is presently sidelined with a hamstring issue and Bayindir is a strong candidate to start in goal for the season opener against Arsenal.
United welcome the Gunners to Old Trafford on August 17.
