Acaz Fellegger, Barcelona and Portugal midfielder Deco's agent; has confirmed that Chelsea rumours have reached the player but that the club has yet to make any offer for the midfielder.
It is believed that both Chelsea and Inter Milan are chasing the Barcelona man who is destined to leave the Nou Camp this summer.
"Deco is still under contract with Barcelona, even though everyone knows that he will leave the club," Fellegger said. “Deco was also linked with Inter Milan, and now with Chelsea, but it is all speculation. There is nothing in it."
