Aragones eyes Euro 2008 glory

28 June 2008 - 15:31

Spain's manager Luis Aragones is hoping that he can help lead his country to glory as he readies his side for the challenge of Germany in the Euro 2008 final on Sunday.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • "My team is in good form," said Aragones. "This is a very good time for us and I hope we can achieve something important.

"We are psychological strong and I think that we are going to win.

"Germany have fast, quality players, but the team that wants to lift the title will have to go out from the start with a winning mentality.

"I am delighted for Spain, for the players and then for myself to have reached this point. Now, the time has come for us to finish the job."
