Alves will finally join Barcelona

Sevilla defender Daniel Alves will finally get his wish after his current club revealed that the player would definitely be leaving for Barcelona at some stage this summer.

Alves is now set to sign for Barca on July 1 after the two clubs reached agreement on the future of the attacking full-back.



"If everything goes well he will say goodbye to the fans on Tuesday," Del Nido told AS.



"The deal is virtually closed. There are just a few details being finalised."
