Bullard fights for new deal

Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard has insisted he will fight as hard as he can to work for a new contract at Craven Cottage; and has rejected rumours that he is desperate to leave the club.

“They said they weren’t willing to give me an extended contract, so that gives me no option but to get my head down. That’s not a problem,” stated Bullard.



“I like the lifestyle here and playing for Fulham.



“Let’s get one thing straight, I want to sign for Fulham. Hopefully, in time, they will extend my contract.



“Maybe you could look at it as a kick up the backside to get me motivated.”
