Robbie Keane's house burgled

Robbie Keane became an unfortunate statistic today after becoming the sixth Liverpool player in two years to have been burgled. The former Tottenham frontman's apartment was broken into, and jewelery and an expensive watch were taken.

  • It is understood that the burglary took place whilst Robbie Keane was on international duty, representing Ireland against Georgia.



    Steven Gerrard, Dirk Kuyt and Peter Crouch have all been victims to the burglaries that have taken place in the Liverpool area.



    It is understood that Keane had been using the apartment until he found a permanent place to live.
