Tranquillo Barnetta is reportedly a target for Atletico Madrid. It is understood that Atletico's boss Javier Aguirre wants to make a £7 million bid for the Swiss international.

According to reports, Barnetta could be allowed to leave his club in the January transfer window.



It is understood Bayer Leverkusen are looking at proposals from various other clubs at the moment, and would be willing to consider bids in the region of £9 million.
