Kaka rules out Man City move

20 January 2009 - 07:14

Brazilian superstar Kaka has revealed that he has decided to stay at AC Milan, despite Manchester City reportedly offering him a contract worth an estimated 500k GBP per week. City earlier had a bid of around 107m GBP accepted for the midfielder.

  • Chelsea suffer double injury blow ahead of Villa trip
  • Gabriel Magalhaes to sign new Arsenal deal

  • However, it seems that Kaka decided to stay committed to the San Siro giants, and ruled out moving to the Premiership side, insisting his heart lies with the Rossoneri: "I don't want anything, I am happy here at a place where the personnel respect me and love me. I am staying here.

"I made the decision, my family left me alone and I didn't fight with my father about the decision.

"At the end of the day what really mattered was my thoughts, where I am bound to and in reality where my heart belongs."
