Zola wants to keep Faubert

West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola wants to keep hold of Julien Faubert. The player is reportedly being chased by several top clubs, including Lyon.

  • Chelsea set to sign Crystal Palace star for £47m
  • Man Utd aiming to beat Liverpool to 25yo midfielder
  • However, the Italian is keen to keep Faubert as the Frenchman has proved he can be a very useful member of the first-team.



    Zola said: "I believe in him and he can be an important player for us.



    "If he wants to stay, then I would like to keep him."



    The rumour is 7 million GBP is the price on Faubert's signature.
