Man Utd are believed to be ready to pay as much as £40 million to bring the Frenchman to the club as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, however, Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has instructed his board that he would like to make a bid for the winger.



Man Utd apparently failed in their initial bids for the player, and have since turned their attentions to Brazilian youngster Douglas Costa.
