Philippe Senderos will leave the Gunners in the January transfer window, for a cut price £2.5 million. According to reports, several Premiership teams including Everton, West Ham and Sunderland are all looking at the Swiss international.
"I don't know [if he will leave]," said Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. "It depends on his choice and the opportunities he will have.
"The target of the football player is not not to play. You expect a player to want to play of course.
"There is no disappointment there [in this situation]. I want players to be happy and we manage to make most of them happy here."
