Taarabt eyes QPR exit

Taarabt eyes QPR exit

06 July 2011 - 02:16

Adel Taarabt has put Arsenal on high alert after Queens Park Rangers boss Neil Warnock announced that the midfielder wants to leave the club this summer.

  • Chelsea expected to sell striker after loan deal
  • Arsenal defender misses training ahead of Man Utd game

  • QPR's star player announced a month ago that he was looking to leave Loftus Road as he missed his family in France.

However, Arsenal have been linked with a move for the talented midfielder and Arsene Wenger is known to be interested.

"He is missing his family in Marseille," Warnock told the London Evening Standard.

"If we get a big offer from a club in France that obviously gives him a chance to be closer to them. That would be a big pull.

"PSG have made an enquiry and they obviously offer him the chance to be nearer to home, although there is a Spanish club being mentioned as well.

"As far as his talk of wanting to go to Chelsea or Arsenal, I know he has a lot of friends at Arsenal."
