Sunderland's hopeful £3m transfer for Darron Gibson has fallen through after the player was unable to agree terms with the club and Steve Bruce.
According to a report; Gibson was unwilling to budge from his £40,000 per week wage demands, and Sunderland were only willing to offer £30,000 for the player.
Gibson now links up with his Man Utd team mates waiting for a new offer.
It is believed that Aston Villa and Bolton are also keen on Gibson.
