Tottenham to talk with Adebayor

Tottenham will hold talks with Man City striker Emmanuel Adebayor on Monday evening regarding a possible loan deal to White Hart Lane next season. The Togo international spent last year on loan at Real Madrid but failed to secure a permanent switch.

Adebayor has been told he can join Spurs on loan should Man City receive an offer of £1m for his services for one season.

The Togo frontman is desperate to play in the Premier League should a suitable offer be made.

Talks with Harry Redknapp at White Hart Lane next week will ensue and then Spurs will meet with Man City representatives later in the week.
