Joey Barton has options aplenty

Man City midfielder Joey Barton will have no problem finding a new club, according to his agent. The favorites are on Tottenham being his next destination, but Arsenal are also credited with an interest.

Joey Barton was put on the transfer list and told he could leave on a free transfer last night, and according to reports he will have plenty of options.

"It is great news for Joey," agent Willie McKay revealed.

"We have been inundated with interest. We're talking to top Premier League clubs and European clubs. One is very, very interested."
