Ulises Davila on Chelsea radar

Chelsea's scout have been preparing reports on Ulises Davila, a young Mexican striker currently playing for Chivas. The player is highly rated in his homeland.

"There are many rumors, but we've received no bid," Jorge Vergara, the Chivas club president said. "Chivas will not stop a player signing, but as yet nothing is in play. Chelsea have not yet bid."

According to Mexican reports, the Blues have been scouting Davila for over three months and will need to pay around 2m GBP to bring the forward to Stamford Bridge.
