QPR turn attentions to Luke Young

Queens Park Rangers have now switched their pursuit of Joey Barton to Aston Villa defender Luke Young. According to reports, a fee of 1m GBP has been agreed with Villa.

Luke Young has been linked with a number of moves away from Aston Villa this summer, but QPR has apparently won the race to land the defender.

QPR hope to complete a move for the versatile defender by Monday afternoon.
