Tottenham confirm offers for Crouch

Tottenham have officially confirmed that Peter Crouch could be heading for a White Hart Lane exit this summer; with Stoke and Sunderland both linked with the player.

Harry Redknapp admitted at the beginning of the week that the player could leave, and it seems that he could move before the end of the transfer window.

“It’s up to Crouchy,” Harry Redknapp said. “If we’re going to do something with somebody, then it is a possibility.

“There are a few clubs that want him but we’ll have to wait and see with that one. I have had Peter at a few clubs and he’s a great guy, but I suppose with Emmanuel Adebayor coming in, we are a bit overloaded in that area and he is one people want.”
