Demba Ba loving Newcastle form

Newcastle striker Demba Ba hopes that the club can keep up their early season form that sees them flying high in 3rd place in the Premier League. Hat trick hero Ba scored 3 goals on Monday night to ensure a 3-1 victory over Stoke.

Before the season, Alan Pardew had been busy in the transfer market signing new players and rebuilding his squad after a number of high profile departures.


Newcastle look like a force to be reckoned with this year, and former West Ham and Hoffenheim striker Ba hopes that his club continues their excellent form:


"We are really enjoying it and that gives us a lot of confidence, so we are just going to try to keep on doing the same things every week."


Of his record of eight goals from his last five league matches, Ba added: "I'm happy, to tell you the truth, I am very happy. I am just going to enjoy it for the next days."
