Man City tracking Christian Eriksen

Manchester City wants to add Ajax midfielder Christian Eriksen to his growing collection of world class talent. The Danish international is considered to be one of the hottest properties in European football.

Chelsea were believed to be in pole position to land Eriksen, but it appears Roberto Mancini has instructed his club to find every penny available to ensure a purchase for Eriksen is completed.


Man City already have a wealth of talent in midfield, as the signings of Owen Hargreaves and Samir Nasri proved this past summer; but it appears that the Citizens are looking for even more strength in depth as they prepare for the second half of the season after December.
