West Brom seal Scott Allan deal
WBA have reportedly agreed a fee with Dundee United for the signing of Scottish midfielder Scott Allan, and the 20 year old will complete his move to The Hawthorns on January 1st.
Several Premier League sides had been chasing Allan, with Newcastle reportedly the favourites to land his signature. However, West Bromwich Albion yesterday finally agreed terms with Dundee United and the player will link up with his new club in January.
Allan's contract at Dundee United was set to expire at the end of the 2011/2012 season; and so the Scottish under-21 international could complete a move to England for a nominal fee, believed to be in the region of 250,000 GBP.
