Former Chelsea boss favourite to replace Ten Hag at Man Utd
Former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel remains the favourite to replace Erik ten Hag as the Manchester United head coach.
Ten Hag has had a difficult second season with the Red Devils and the club are currently eighth with only 54 points on the board.
United suffered an embarrassing 4-0 loss at Crystal Palace last night, and they face a difficult end to the season amid key injuries.
The club are currently without five senior centre-backs and the pressure is definitely on Ten Hag over the upcoming weeks.
United are likely to make a decision over his future after the FA Cup final against Manchester City. A defeat could lead to his exit.
Amidst this, the hierarchy are already in contact with potential successors and Tuchel is one of the leading candidates for the job.
Tuchel is said to be interested in the position, having previously had good success with Chelsea where he won the Champions League.
The German is also on the radar of the Blues, but it appears unlikely that he will rejoin them following the nature of his departure.
