Tottenham defender turned down PSG move

Tottenham defender William Gallas has revealed that he turned down a move back to his homeland to play with ambitious Paris St Germain. The former Arsenal and Chelsea star wanted to stay in London with his family.
“I believe I can play on for another season and after that I will decide on USA or Qatar.
“The MLS was interesting before and I spoke with Titi (Thierry Henry, who plays for New York Red Bulls) but I still wasn’t sure. During this time, PSG made an offer, but I rejected it because of my family," said the versatile defender.
At the end of the season, Tottenham will evaluate the peformances and fitness of the French international and decide then if they wish to offer the player a new contract.
