QPR boss admits Alex talks ongoing
Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes admitted that a move for Chelsea defender Alex is still a possibility before the end of the January transfer window. QPR have tabled a 5m GBP bid for the defender.
"Talks are ongoing," said QPR's new boss Mark Hughes. "I've spoken to him and told him my feelings towards him as a player.
"It's a big decision for him. We're trying to get things finalised and get over the line with it."
Chelsea have accepted a transfer request from defender Alex and the player could leave before the end of the transfer window.
