Martin Keown praises complete Arsenal star after Bournemouth win
Arsenal legend Martin Keown has hailed the performance of midfielder Declan Rice after the 3-0 Premier League win over Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners managed to maintain their one-point lead at the top of the table on Saturday after a 3-0 victory over the Cherries. Rice was the pick of the players with a goal and an assist.
Speaking after the game, Keown was impressed by the performance of the club's record signing and said that he has become a complete player now.
He said: "He just keeps getting better. If ever a position or a club was ready-made for him, it is the Arsenal situation he finds himself in. He is the complete player now for Arsenal."
Rice has now registered seven goals and 10 assists for the campaign. He has proved a brilliant signing and the fans believe he has been worth the money spent last summer.
Arsenal are still behind Manchester City in the title race despite the victory. They hold a one-point lead at the top, but the Cityzens have a game in hand against Tottenham.
