Anelka sure that Drogba is heading to China

Nicolas Anelka is sure that his former Chelsea team mate, Didier Drogba, will move to China to link up as his striker partner at Shanghai Shenhua. Drogba's contract at Stamford Bridge expires in the summer.

So far, Drogba has stalled on a new contract at Stamford Bridge, and French striker Anelka is hopeful that the Ivorian forward will move to China.


"It is difficult for me to say much at this time, but I speak with him on a regular basis and I expect him to come to Shanghai," said Anelka.


"If I could choose any of my former team-mates to join me at Shenhua, it would be Didier. When I left Chelsea I told him we'd play together again soon."
