Scholes in line for fresh Man Utd deal?

After Paul Scholes' match winning display against QPR at Old Trafford yesterday, capped off with a typical Scholes long distance screamer; there has been some suggestions that the midfielder will pen a further 12 month extension to his contract.

Scholes has been a revelation since coming out of retirement to re-appear for Man Utd this year in January and his return has since seen United's fortunes turn around as they now sit at the top of the Premier League ahead of city rivals Man City.


According to a report, Sir Alex Ferguson has already been discussing a further 12 month contract extension with the midfielder, and that Scholes will put pen to paper at the end of the season.
