Newcastle target Remy eyes exit door
Marseille striker Loic Remy might be allowed to leave the club if their valuation is met. According to director of football, Jose Anigo, the French forward is a target for several Premier League clubs.
Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has earmarked Remy as a potential replacement for Demba Ba, who quit St James Park last week for a move to rivals Chelsea.
Anigo admitted that they would be willing to listen to offers for the Frenchman.
"Some English clubs are in the process of thinking [about transfer targets] and they are not knocking on our doors yet," said Anigo.
"The only window we could open this winter is for Loic Remy. If a big club come [in for him] and are interested then we will see. Apart from Remy, nobody else will leave."
