Tottenham to sign Barcelona reject Song?
Tottenham have made an enquiry for Alexandre Song. The former Arsenal midfielder has fallen out of favour at Barcelona, whom he joined last year, and wants to quit the Nou Camp in the summer.
Song has so far only played 15 games this year, with the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Andres Iniesta and Xavi keeping the Cameroon international out of the first team.
Spurs' manager Andre Villas-Boas and chairman Daniel Levy have been busy drawing up a list of transfer targets for the summer, and Song appears to be in a shortlist of four players. Song joined Barcelona for around 20 million Euros last summer, and could now be available at a cut price 14 million Euros should Barcelona decide to sell.
According to reports, Song's agent is ready to offer his client's services to teams as soon as the season is over in Spain.
