Lewandowski closer to Bayern Munich move

Robert Lewandowski is set to complete a move to Bayern Munich in the coming months. The striker has been persistently linked with a move from Borussia Dortmund and the likes of Liverpool and Man Utd were keen on the Polish forward.

However, according to the player's agent, Lewandowski will move to the Bavarian giants: "Robert wants to go and will go. I cannot tell when he will go, or the amount of the transfer. It is a matter of a week, two, maybe three.


"For us, the case is clear, but he has not signed yet. The clubs must reach an agreement. I am hoping they stick by the word they have given Robert.


"Robert feels well in Dortmund and he has got an outstanding coach and incredible fans. But if there is the chance to play for another club we want to take it."
