Andre Wisdom to join Fulham on loan

20-year-old right back Andre Wisdom will leave Liverpool and move to Fulham on loan for the upcoming season. The player has been told to leave Anfield to garner more first team experience elsewhere.

The versatile defender, who has been with Liverpool since 2008, has been told that Glen Johnson is likely to be first choice right back for the upcoming season. Meanwhile at Fulham, manager Martin Jol is eager to find new players to add to his squad in time for the new season ahead.


Wisdom took part in 12 games for Liverpool last year whilst Glen Johnson recovered from injury and during that short time impressed. A deal is expected to be completed some time this month.
