Oriel Romeu to quit Chelsea for Spain
Defensive midfielder Oriol Romeu will be heading back to his homeland this summer. The player joined Chelsea two years ago but has struggled to force his way into the club's first team plans.
The player, who forced his way into Andre Villas-Boas' first team plans two years ago but has since failed to play regularly under the likes of Rafa Benitez, is now eagerly awaiting a bid from teams in his homeland.
Espanyol and Atletico Madrid are two sides monitoring Romeu closely. It is reported that Chelsea are looking for around 5 million Euros to sell the defensive midfielder, but Atleti are only prepared to pay around 3 million.
