Messi Feels Barcelona Ideal For Neymar

The Barcelona star Lionel Messi believes that his club is the “ideal club” for the newly signed Brazilian striker ace Neymar. The Argentine said that he had the privilege to play with many “world champions” and Neymar could fit right in Camp Nou.

Neymar, who was signed by Barcelona for £49.1m had a remarkable run in the Confederations Cup scoring four goals that made him the third highest scorer for the tournament.


With the likes of Lionel Messi in the team, it has been doubted by a few if Neymar could play alongside him. But the four times Ballon d’or winner understands that Barcelona could help in developing Neymar.


“I have the good fortune to play with many world champions and Neymar is another great player who has joined the club. It's very nice to play with great players and I think this is the ideal club for him," he told El Mundo Deportivo.


Messi added:


"The goal is to get all the titles with Barca. Every year we prepare for that and we also want to have a good pre-season."
