Arsenal and Everton chase Junior Malanda
Arsenal and Everton are amongst the teams hoping to bring Belgian youngster Junior Malanda to the Premier League. The 18-year-old defensive midfielder is currently out of contract having been supposedly released by his club, Zulte Waregem.
The highly rated defensive midfielder has been linked with a move to Arsenal after Arsene Wenger's scouting network identified the starlet as a hot prospect for the future, meanwhile Everton are also keen to secure a deal for the player dubbed "the new Marouane Fellaini".
"I broke my contract with Zulte in order to pursue better options for my career in a bigger league, like the Premier League or Bundesliga. My aim is to play in England or Germany, and I hope that now happens," said Malanda.
