Etienne Capoue arrives at Tottenham for talks

Tottenham have moved a step closer to wrapping up a deal for France international midfielder Etienne Capoue. Last week the Toulouse player stalled on a move to Cardiff City after Spurs opened talks with his club.

Tottenham have been looking to sign a new defensive midfielder before the start of the new season and appear to have agreed a fee of around 14 million Euros for Etienne Capoue.


The Frenchman has arrived in London this morning for contract talks and will then undergo a medical before being officially unveiled as a Spurs player.
