Romelu Lukaku content with Everton switch
Romelu Lukaku has expressed that he is delighted by his season-long loan switch to Everton on the transfer deadline day.
The Belgium international who had an excellent loan spell at West Bromwich Albion last season, started off as a substitute for the new Premier League campaign under Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
On request, Lukaku was allowed to make a loan move to the Toffees inorder to gain some first team experience.
Lukaku told Sky Sports :"I am very glad.
"I read that some said I was not happy but I am very happy - this is a club that can bring me a lot, and I can bring a lot too.
"I still hope to grow and bring a lot to this team. I think at my age it is important to play a lot, I have a good relationship with the coach at Chelsea and I hope to have good results."
Lukaku scored 19 goals for the Baggies last season on loan.
