Robin Van Persie keen to extend his stay at Manchester United
Manchester United's star striker Robin van Persie has insisted that he wants to extend his stay beyond his current contract with the club as he aims to continue winning more trophies.
The talented Dutch forward won his first Premier League title with the Red Devils last season, having made a move from North London outfit Arsenal.
Though, the 30-year-old has three years left on his current deal at Manchester United, he is willing to extend his stay with the Premier League champions for as long as possible.
Van Persie told MUTV : "I have three more years to go and I would like to stay longer.
"I want to play as long as possible at the highest level. Winning trophies is what it is all about."
