Mathieu Flamini doubtful for Dortmund clash

Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini could miss out on the Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund after suffering a head injury during the club's impressive 4-1 victory over Norwich City earlier today.

The French midfielder Mathieu Flamini was forced to leave proceedings in the closing stages of the first half after suffering a nasty clash with Canaries defender Alexander Tettey.


Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger eventually decided to replace Flamini with Aaron Ramsey , following the player's problem with eye vision, and this may be enough to dent his chances of featuring for the Gunners in their Champions League encounter with Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.


The Gunners are currently placed at the top of the Premier League table with a two-point lead over London rivals Chelsea.
