Arsenal interested in Man City defender Micah Richards

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keen in acquiring the services of Manchester City defender Micah Richards during the January transfer window.

The speculation comes about with French International Bacary Sagna yet to sign a contract extension with the Gunners in spite of his good form this season , which had helped the club maintain the top spot in the Premier League for the past few weeks.

Reports in England suggest that the Gunners will make a bid in the region of £12m in order to lure the out-of-favour City defender to the Emirates come the January transfer window.
