Swansea City linked with move for Hector Moreno

Swansea manager Michael Laudrup could make a surprise move for Mexican centre back Hector Moreno. The defender, who currently plays for Spanish side Espanyol, appears to be on the Swans' radar in the January transfer window.

With a price tag of 4.5 million Euros, it appears that Swansea are ready to make a bid for the cut price defender who has been on the books of the Spanish club since 2011 when he arrived form Dutch side AZ.


Swansea manager Michael Laudrup is planning to bolster his defensive ranks with a transfer for a new centre back in the January transfer window and Moreno remains the top target.
