Arsenal and Liverpool tracking Hamburg forward Hakan Calhanoglu
Premier League duo of Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly preparing a transfer offer for the signing of Hamburger SV forward Hakan Calhanoglu in January.
The Turkish international, who has been a regular for the Bundesliga outfit this season, has notched up an impressive four goals in 14 appearances.
The People reports that the player has attracted interest from a number of top clubs in Europe, with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool having sent scouts to have a look at the 19-year-old during the club's 1-0 defeat to Augsburg yesterday.
Reports elsewhere claim that the Gunners have made several enquiries on the availability of the player in recent weeks.
