Arsenal manager rules out move for Yohan Cabaye
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that he will not revive hs interest on Newcastle United midfield star Yohan Cabaye in the winter transfer window.
The talented France international was associated with a move to the North London club in the summer, with the Magpies understood to have rebuffed £12m bid for the player's services.
However, with the transfer window closing in, Wenger has claimed that he is satisfied with his options in the midfield department and will not make a renewed bid for the Magpies playmaker.
"No we don't look for midfielders because today we didn't have Ozil or Ramsey who stayed at home and we had still three good midfielders and I still had Arteta on the bench so there is no real need in there." The Frenchman said.
Arsenal are currently placed top of the Premier League standings with 42 points.
