Gilberto ready for Juve
Gilberto Silva has admitted that he would be interested leaving Arsenal in January for the Turin giants Juventus. The Serie A side have been repeatedly linked with the Brazilian who has fallen out of favour in place of Mathieu Flamini.
He now appears to see his future away from north London, and told the Daily Star: "I would gladly move to Turin. But their directors should know that I do not want to go to war with Arsenal, so if they want me they should talk to my club."
He added: "Juventus are a prestigious club. They have overcome the problems that forced them to come back from Serie B (Juve were relegated as punishment for their part in a match-fixing scandal).
"I feel disposed towards moving to Italy. I like Serie A, despite the recent crowd trouble."
