Former Arsenal star flattered by Man Utd interest
Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas has admitted that he was flattered to be linked with a switch to Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
The talented Spanish international, who rejoined his boyhood club from Arsenal in 2011, revealed that he was enjoying playing for the La Liga giants and has no desire to leave in the near future.
"It's always flattering when a club like Manchester United talks very well about you and you can see they want you," the former Gunner told BBC Sport. "But I'm going through an amazing moment at Barcelona now. I'm playing every week and I feel very important to the team. I'm very happy right now."
Fabregas has made 132 appearances for the Catalans so far.
