Man Utd monitoring Marco Veratti

Manchester United are reportedly set to renew their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Veratti in the summer, according to a report.

TalkSPORT claims that the Red Devils manager David Moyes had sent one of his scouts to watch the talented Italian youngster in action against Bayer Leverkusen in the first-leg of the knock-out phase of the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The report also reveals that the 21-year-old is considered as a top transfer target for the Manchester giants in the summer, with Moyes keen on adding a couple of recruits in the midfield department for the next season.

However, the Red Devils will have to see off tough competition from Serie A champions Juventus, who have been tracking the player's progress in recent weeks.
