Arsenal,Tottenham interested in Poyet
North London duo of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to battle it out for the signature of Charlton Athletic midfielder Diego Poyet in the summer, according to The People.
The People claims that Poyet will be out of contract in the summer, and could be the subject of a bidding war from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United in the summer transfer window.
Scouts have been monitoring the player over the past few months, and it remains to see whether the Addicks can keen their talented youngster beyond the current campaign.
However, the Gunners look to be on the front seat in the race, with manager Arsene Wenger having good connections with the Championship outfit, following the signing of Carl Jenkinson from the club in 2011.
