Man City plot summer swoop for Radamel Falcao

Manchester City are reportedly readying a summer bid for AS Monaco's star striker Radamel Falcao, according to a report.

The Colombian international who only joined the French Ligue 1 giants in the summer, is said to be unhappy with life in the country.

 

According to Manchester Evening News, City's sporting director Txiki Begiristain had met up with the former Atleti star recently, and a switch to the Etihad could be forthcoming during the summer transfer window.

 

AS Monaco could allow the sale of the Colombian star for a fee of around £50m.
