Manchester United to offer £55m for So'ton duo?

Manchester United are reportedly set to make a mega-bid worth £55m in order to secure the services of midfielder Adam Lallana and defender Luke Shaw from Southampton this summer.

Former boss David Moyes was believed to be closing in on deals for the talented duo.

 

According to The Daily Mail, the Red Devils will step up their pursuit for the Saints pair. Adding to this, United officials are confident of completing a £30m deal for Shaw, but are also keen on signing up Lallana before this summer's World Cup finals in Brazil.

 

The South Coast club are demanding atleast £25m for Lallana as they would have to pay twenty-five percent of the transfer fee to his former club Bournemouth.
