Everton and Belgium international striker Romelu Lukaku have reportedly sat down together and have planned a way to push through a permanent transfer for the striker.Lukaku has enjoyed two successful loan spells at both Everton and West Brom, with the forward desperate to stay at Goodison Park.
Roberto Martinez has only limited funds to spend on new players but is confident that an arrangement can be made with Chelsea that will see the Belgian striker move to Goodison on a permanent transfer. Lukaku has seemingly decided that his long term future lies away from Chelsea.
