Newcastle to table bid for Cleverley?

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew wants to sign Man Utd midfielder Tom Cleverley this summer and has made the 24-year-old his top target.Cleverley has seemingly decided that his long term future is away from Old Trafford and the signs are that rumoured incoming manager Louis Van Gaal had no plan for the England international midfielder.

Newcastle have been scouring the transfer market for Yohan Cabaye, who left the Toon Army for PSG in January. Cleverley is said to have been earmarked as the best available replacement and Newcastle will make an official enquiry in July.
